San Francisco

December 2, 2008

Highlights from a busy trip included: visits to the California Academy of Sciences, a spa escape to the Claremont (my mom and I sans kiddos...thanks to Adam and my in-laws), a neighborhood walk in Berkeley, the most amazing fabric store, the SFMOMA (great exhibit by Martin Puryear ), Habitot, the Berkeley public library, exploring local parks, and best of all lots of good food and family time. It was a memorable Thanksgiving for all of us.

I just love San Francisco. I'm glad you had a wonderful trip. Britex is truly amazing. If you ever get back here, we'll have to go to G-Street down near D.C.

I love the group photo! We try and snap the table shot, but the doorstep setting is so lovely.

I'm drooling at that fabric store...

Hi there. I found you through Crafty Crow. You have a very interesting blog with great photos and craft ideas. I am really enjoying reading through.

I see that you used to live in my adopted country. I am jealous that you got to go to the ice festival in Hokkaido. I have always wanted to go, but in 14 years of living here haven't made it yet. Some day!
